SHIPPING
Shipping times are variable based on location. Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are variable based on location. Costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and displayed "live" by our shipping partners.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes:
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and selected delivery method. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. If you haven't received an email about your purchase, check your spam folder.
RETURNS
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at merch@fsinsight.com within 14 days of your purchase.
If there is an issue with your product (i.e. damaged in shipping, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact us at merch@fsinsight.com to initiate your return.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please email merch@fsinsight.com with your order number and the email used to place the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their shipping provider.
