Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and displayed "live" by our shipping partners.

Our estimated fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders. Orders are individually processed by our partners as soon as they are placed.

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all requests including size changes, address changes, or order cancellations. Once your order has gone into processing, we cannot make any changes.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at merch@fsinsight.com within 14 days of your purchase.

If there is an issue with your product (i.e. damaged in shipping, wrong color, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file. Contact us at merch@fsinsight.com to initiate your return.

Please do not return your product to the shipping address.

Sizing varies across our products. Please consult the sizing chart on the product page if you have any questions. Some products won’t have sizing charts but will include size recommendations in the product description.

We cannot guarantee that colors are represented digitally, via monitors, mobile phones, or the like, as they will appear in person. If you think you received your item in the wrong color, please reach out to us at merch@fsinsight.com.

All garments are pre-shrunk. To best care for your FSInsight merch, turn the item inside out to protect the printed design. You can machine wash on cold, tumble dry on low, or hang-dry to avoid additional shrinkage.
